Role Description The Application Senior Supervisor (AI / LLM & .Net) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This role oversees the design, development, and maintenance of AI-driven and .Net-based applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and security across business-critical systems. Daily responsibilities include supervising application development teams, reviewing code and solution designs, coordinating release cycles, and driving integration of AI/LLM capabilities into existing platforms and workflows. The role collaborates closely with business stakeholders, technical support, and customer-facing teams to understand requirements, resolve application issues, and improve user experience. The Application Senior Supervisor also leads training and knowledge-sharing initiatives, mentors team members, and contributes to technical roadmaps, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• - Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• - Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET.
• - Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
• - Knowledge of React or Angular.
• - Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.
• - Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.
• - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• - Fluent in English.
