Application Senior Supervisor. (Software Developer).

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 6+ years of total software development experience is mandatory.
• Minimum 3+ years in a leadership/supervisory role is mandatory.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Application Senior Supervisor to lead software development projects, supervise technical teams, and drive modern tech solutions including AI/LLM integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead software development projects from planning through production release.
• Design and maintain scalable, secure software architecture.
• Supervise, mentor, and elevate the technical capabilities of the development team.
• Oversee hands-on AI/LLM integration into core software products.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to map business goals into technical deliverables.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of overall software development experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership, technical lead, or supervisory role.
• Deep hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
• Solid exposure to modern front-end frameworks (React or Angular).
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern architectural patterns.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
