Position: Application Support Specialist ( Menaitech )
Position Overview:
The Application Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical and operational support for business applications, with a focus on Menaitech across all its modules. This role ensures system stability, assists end-users, resolves technical issues, and works closely with IT and business teams to enhance application performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support for internal users related to business applications, with a focus on all Menaitech modules.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner.
- Log, track, and manage support tickets through the internal helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with software vendors or internal developers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Participate in testing and validation of application updates or enhancements.
- Train and guide users on the proper use of systems, focusing on all Menaitech modules.
- Document support processes, known issues, and solutions.
- Monitor application performance and report any incidents or service disruptions.
- Assist in integrating new systems or modules in coordination with the IT team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support or a similar IT support role.
- Proven experience in Menaitech across all modules, such as:
- HR / Payroll
- Recruitment / Talent Management
- Performance Management
- Onboarding
- Time & Attendance
- Familiarity with other enterprise systems such as ERP is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
