Overview
Application Specialist / Software Specialist manages, configures, and supports educational software and information systems used across schools. This role acts as a key link between educators, administrators, leadership, and IT services to ensure systems are reliable, efficient, and aligned with institutional goals.
Roles and Responsibilities –
- Manage, configure, and support educational software and information systems, including LMS, Student Information Systems and other systems.
- Act as a bridge between educators, administrators, and IT services to ensure systems run smoothly and meet institutional goals.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, system configuration, data management, and process improvement.
- Create dashboards, custom reports, and data insights using Crystal Reports and Power BI.
- Support academic, administrative, and leadership decision-making through accurate analysis and reporting.
- Gather requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and support projects from planning through implementation.

Education –
- Bachelor's degree required; Major in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Master's degree is preferred.
