#Key_Responsibilities
-Provide 2nd-level support for production and non-production applications.
-Monitor application health, logs, and system performance.
-Diagnose and resolve application, database, and integration issues.
-Handle incidents according to ITIL processes and ensure SLA compliance.
-Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
-Support application deployments and release activities.
-Execute SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
-Create scripts to automate operational tasks.
-Maintain documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
Communicate with business users and stakeholders as needed
#Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
-2–4 years of experience in Application Support or a similar role
Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems
-Strong knowledge of SQL Server and MySQL databases
Experience with IIS, REST APIs, JSON, and XML
-Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK Stack, Splunk, and Grafana
-Experience in incident management and working within ITIL-based support environments.
