We are seeking a Power Platform Engineer to support the maintenance, operation, enhancement, and lift-and-shift of existing Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The role will support business-critical automation solutions and work across frontend and backend components to ensure service reliability, business continuity, and compliance throughout the engagement.
What you'll do
- Maintain, operate, and enhance existing solutions built on Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Support backend components developed using Azure Functions and Python.
- Support integrations with SharePoint Online for document management and data storage.
- Perform KTLO (Keep-The-Lights-On) support, including incident troubleshooting and resolution.
- Support lift-and-shift activities for existing Power Platform solutions.
- Implement approved enhancements to automation workflows.
- Support the implementation of recommendations arising from Solution Review Board (SRB) reviews, including remediation, architectural improvements, security enhancements, and compliance-related changes.
- Support the development of new digital solutions, including procurement document generation and workflow automation.
- Maintain solution documentation and ensure deliverables are traceable and aligned with project timelines.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, data governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to support evolving business requirements and identify opportunities to improve usability, performance, automation, and compliance.
What we're looking for
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience developing or supporting Azure Functions and Python services.
- Experience integrating solutions with SharePoint Online.
- Strong software engineering skills with experience supporting both frontend and backend solution components.
- Experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing production applications.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation.
- Good stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of security, data governance, and compliance requirements.
