Skills: Java, J-Scripting, AJAX, UNIX Knowledge, BPM Workflow, CSS, XML, HTML, Oracle SQL
Experience in Process modelling and development/implementation using IBM Blue Works Live and IBM BPM 8.5.X/BAW, Knowledge of Advanced Encryption Standards (AES)
Hands on experience on IT production support and should be well versed with ITIL IT Operations framework for incident, problem and change management.
Proficient in Application support and providing solutions to meet the requirements and design Proof of Concept (POC). Experience in defining the best practices and implementing right through the development stages.
Experience in integrating IBM BPM with databases, web services, LDAP, SMTP and other integration services, database integration, service integration.
Experience in installation and troubleshooting IBM BPM application. Hands-on in IBM WODM and IBM FileNet.
Experience in Integration with External systems like Microservices, CRM and Core banking systems involving middleware for secure transactions. E.g., Integration with FINACLE, TIBCO, Safe watch & FIRCO.
Should be able to manage complete BPM Application involving Process Flows /Handling Change Requests and Supporting the Critical Issues involving Production environment in IBM BPM.
Experience on performing the DR /PR Drill and OS patching on BPM infrastructure server. Process modeling and development/implementation using IBM.
Performs optimization, and automation activities to support the implementation of a product/application.
Must be extremely responsive, able to work under pressure in crisis with a strong sense of urgency.
