- Experience in Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
- Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in
- Application trouble shooting, configuration and maintenance.
- Application performance tuning and optimization
- Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA.
- Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis.
- Experience in Work flow maintenance and Configuration.
- Very good knowledge of reporting tools viz. MS Power BI, SSRS Reports, Tableau and Qlikview.
- Experience in debugging any report and dashboard related issues.
- Knowledge on relational and non-relation Databases (Sybase IQ, Oracle, MSSQL, SAP HANA, PostgreSQL, Hive).
- Proficient in writing advanced Hive queries.
- Hands on experience in Windows and Unix Command.
- Good / fair knowledge on ETL tools like Informatica Power Center / BDM as part of report investigation.
