✨Job Summary

We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to monitor application performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely support to users. The role will also contribute to application testing, performance analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement.

✨Key Responsibilities

Monitor application performance and resolve technical issues.
Provide timely support and assistance to application users.
Analyze application metrics and identify performance improvements.
Conduct application testing to ensure functionality and compatibility.
Implement improvements based on user feedback and performance data.
Maintain application support and troubleshooting documentation.
Stay updated on application support trends and best practices.

✨Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Application Support, Application Management, Production Support, or a related field.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with application monitoring, testing, and performance analysis.
Good communication and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems, application support tools, and analytics platforms is a plus.
