As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Applications Support Specialist (SAP FICO) to support and enhance our business applications, ensuring smooth system operations and continuous improvement of business processes. Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing application maintenance and user support for SAP FICO modules.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot application-related issues raised by end users, ensuring timely resolution.
• Analyze business requirements and implement system enhancements accordingly.
• Support the integration, testing, and deployment of new system changes.
• Maintain and update system master data in line with business needs.
• Manage and maintain user roles, access rights, and authorization matrix.
• Provide functional consultation to business users to optimize system usage.
• Conduct training sessions and prepare user documentation to enhance system adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes through system capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in application support or ERP systems.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules is a must.
• Experience in system implementation, support, and business process enhancement.
• SAP or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good project and time management skills.
