About the Role

As a Fragrance Application Specialist, you will support the development, evaluation, and application of fragrance compounds across different product categories, ensuring excellent olfactive performance, stability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute fragrance applications following laboratory procedures and project requirements.
• Evaluate fragrance performance in various product bases, including stability, olfactive profile, and product compatibility.
• Support perfumers and evaluators with application testing and technical feedback.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, formulations, test results, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Support customer projects by preparing samples and technical information.
• Assist in troubleshooting fragrance performance and application-related issues.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering results within deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, quality standards, and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the application laboratory.
• Provide support to the Compounding area as required, ensuring operational continuity and assisting with formulation and compounding activities during periods of increased workload or resource constraints.

About you

You are a passionate and detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in fragrances, product development, and laboratory work. You enjoy combining technical expertise with creativity and thrive in a collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science field.
• Experience in a laboratory, application, formulation, R&D, or quality control environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and passion for fragrances and consumer products.
• Experience in fragrance applications, sensory evaluation, or product testing is considered an advantage.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
