We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications & Development Manager to lead enterprise applications, software development, ERP systems, automation initiatives, and digital solutions across the Group. The role will ensure effective system integration, process improvement, project delivery, business continuity, and alignment with the Group's digital transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise applications, development, automation, and digital solution initiatives across the Group.
- Manage the applications, innovation, development, and ERP teams.
- Oversee application projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Lead development activities according to best practices and ensure proper implementation.
- Manage ERP-related initiatives and ensure effective support, enhancement, and integration of enterprise systems.
- Identify automation opportunities and lead initiatives that improve business productivity and operational efficiency.
- Develop departmental KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to management.
- Manage project progress, timelines, costs, risks, and resource requirements.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for applications and development activities.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure high levels of user satisfaction.
- Lead innovation initiatives that positively impact business KPIs and process efficiency.
- Ensure application security controls are implemented and maintained.
- Maintain business continuity standards and provide regular reporting on related activities.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards across IT applications.
- Support process development, reporting automation, system enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in applications, development, enterprise systems, or digital solutions.
- Strong leadership experience managing applications, ERP, development, or innovation teams.
- Proven experience managing ERP systems and enterprise application environments.
- Experience leading technical projects, automation initiatives, and digital transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of system integration, application security, business continuity, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
