This is a full-time, remote role for an Appointment Setter (Wave Zero) at Centro. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling and organizing meetings, managing calendars, generating leads, and maintaining a positive experience for clients. Daily tasks include handling communication through various channels, coordinating schedules, and working closely with potential clients to meet their needs.

• Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
• Experience in Lead Generation and ability to identify potential business opportunities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a remote work environment
• Proficient in using scheduling tools and CRM platforms
• Ability to work independently and achieve goals in a remote setting
• Prior experience in sales or customer-focused roles is a plus
