Job Summary
The Factory Internship Program is designed to provide fresh graduates with hands-on exposure to real manufacturing operations. Over a period of six months, interns will rotate across multiple departments within the factory to gain a broad understanding of production processes, quality standards, safety practices, and overall operations efficiency.

What You Will Do
- Participate in safety briefings and risk assessments.
