We're Hiring: Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AR Supervisor to lead and manage our accounts receivable operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the AR team and daily operations
- Review and approve invoices to ensure accuracy across departments
- Oversee collections and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Handle and resolve customer disputes and billing issues
- Monitor aging reports and take corrective actions
- Ensure accuracy of reconciliations and financial data
- Support monthly closing and reporting activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance billing and collection processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and reconciliation processes
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in telecom or service-based industries
- CMA, CPA, or equivalent certification
- Experience in process improvement or automation
