Job Description- Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate recording of accounts receivable transactions.
- Monitor customer collections and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain aging reports and receivable analysis.
- Monitor all company bank accounts, balances, and cash movements.
- Process bank transfers, deposits, and other banking transactions.
- Coordinate with banks regarding account maintenance, banking facilities, guarantees, and other banking services.
- Support cash flow monitoring and prepare treasury-related reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and company financial policies.
Support internal and external audit requirements.
Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Banking, or Treasury Accounting.
- Professional certification in one of the following is required: FMVA, IFRS, or CTP.
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations and cash management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
