Job Description

Location: Dubai/Abu Dhabi

Tern: 12 month contract (extendable)

Project: government clients in the UAE

We're seeking a IT Support Engineers for our client that will be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will deliver a day-to-day technical support across infrastructure and end-user hardware/software, working closely with onsite support teams and backline engineers to keep services running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, log, and resolve user tickets, keep L1 and Team Lead updated.
  • Provide remote and desk-side support.
  • Diagnose and fix hardware/OS/application issues (Windows, laptops, printers, peripherals).
  • Install/upgrade/repair end-user equipment and AV/meeting room gear.
  • Support approved office apps; assist basic infra tasks with Network/App/SysAdmin teams.
  • Perform simple network patching and cable swaps; help with inventory audits and on-site changes.
  • Must have experience in supporting VIP users.
