Arabic Language Instructor for Non-Native Speakers

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review educational materials and training courses tailored to non-native speakers.
• Provide linguistic and educational consultation to teachers and parents regarding curricula and resources.
• Design and deliver training workshops for teachers on best practices in Arabic language instruction.
• Evaluate existing curricula and recommend improvements based on feedback from experts, teachers, and learners.
• Deliver engaging language lessons and workshops.
• Proofread and edit educational content and curricula.
• Actively teach Arabic to non-native speakers.
• Facilitate teacher training programs.
• Contribute to the technical and educational development of the center.
• Design comprehensive educational programs and plans.
• Lead strategic development initiatives for language education within the center.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies for educational courses.
• Promote the Mother Tongue curriculum locally and internationally.
• Innovate and enhance educational tools and resources.
• Assist in building and training the educational team.
• Collaborate on strategic planning for the institution.
• Report regularly to senior management.

Requirements:

• A degree in Education, Arabic Language, or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching Arabic, designing training content, or developing educational materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using technology to create and deliver educational content.
