Role Overview
The Arabic Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and plays a vital role in shaping the clinic's brand image. This role requires exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and a polished appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm, professional manner
- Manage front desk operations, phone calls, WhatsApp, and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate client appointments with doctors and therapists
- Handle client inquiries, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate client records and confidentiality
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic administrative tasks
- Ensure the reception area reflects a high-end aesthetic environment
- Handle client concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements & Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Minimum 12 years of receptionist or front-desk experience (clinic/hospitality preferred)
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Basic knowledge of clinic systems and MS Office
