We are looking for a strong, results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our on-ground sales efforts in Dubai. This role is critical you will be the first on-site sales representative in the UAE market, responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities for our digital marketing services.
This is a high-impact role for someone confident in face-to-face selling, building relationships, and closing B2B deals in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and close new B2B clients in Dubai and across the UAE
- Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and field visits
- Present and sell digital marketing services including SEO, social media, paid ads, performance marketing, and web solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
- Collaborate with the remote marketing and operations teams
Requirements
2-5 years experience selling digital marketing services in the UAE
Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Comfortable with field sales and face-to-face meetings
Existing network in Dubai is a strong advantage
Must be currently based in the UAE
