Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Arabic-Speaking Program Counsellor to join our EdTech sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential learners, understanding their requirements, and guiding them toward enrolling in our training programs. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities in Arabic and English, and the ability to build trusted relationships with learners across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Follow up with leads and inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp to move prospects through the sales funnel.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and high retention.

Provide accurate information about programs, pricing, and services to interested prospects.

Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Stay updated on industry trends, EdTech market needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Meet and exceed KPIs such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets.

Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the EdTech industry.

Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and strong communication skills in English.

Strong understanding of EdTech training concepts, learner needs, and market trends.

Ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with potential customers.

Strong negotiation and closing skills with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, and a customer-centric approach.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of handling high-volume outreach.
