Arabic Translation Specialist (Website Localization & Audit) – Temporary Role (2–3 Months)
We are currently looking for an experienced Arabic Translation Specialist to support the transition of our digital platform into a fully localized Arabic website.
This is a temporary project-based role (2–3 months), ideal for someone who can take ownership of the full translation audit and execution within a defined timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a full audit of existing English content across the website
- Translate and localize content from English to Arabic with high accuracy
- Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and messaging across all pages
- Review and refine existing Arabic content (if any) for quality and clarity
- Work closely with the content and product teams to support rollout
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in the Arabic UX
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in website translation and localization (not just direct translation)
- Strong understanding of digital content, UX writing, and audience behavior
- Experience auditing content and providing structured recommendations
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and deliver within a short-term project timeline
Preferred
- Experience with classifieds / marketplace platforms
- Familiarity with SEO in Arabic content
- Based in Qatar
