Role Overview
We are hiring Arabic-speaking contributors to support advanced AI language and speech technology projects through high-quality voice data creation and review. This remote role involves recording scripted audio, participating in guided conversational tasks, and reviewing speech data to improve the accuracy and performance of AI models.

Key Responsibilities
- Record short Arabic voice clips using different tones, emotions, and speaking styles
- Perform a host role in scripted conversational calls, recording clear, high-quality audio turn by turn
- Review and lightly edit scripts before recording to ensure clarity and natural delivery
- Evaluate and provide feedback on voice recordings completed by other contributors
- Deliver audio with clear pronunciation, consistent pacing, and engaging vocal tone
- Follow detailed project instructions, audio quality standards, and submission guidelines
- Ensure recordings meet required technical and linguistic quality benchmarks
Required Qualifications
- Professional-level spoken fluency in Saudi Arabic or closely related Gulf Arabic dialects
- Access to a quiet recording environment with minimal background noise
- Access to a good-quality microphone (home recording setup preferred)
- Ability to express a wide range of emotions and vocal styles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
Compensation & Payment
- Compensation varies by project scope, task type, and quality requirements
- Rates may reach up to USD 60 per hour for qualifying tasks
