Job Title: Archer GRC Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Archer GRC Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RSA Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, along with expertise in audit, cybersecurity, support, and system enhancements. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in Archer platform configuration and functional knowledge of risk management, compliance, and security frameworks.
Roles & Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and enhance the RSA Archer GRC platform, including developing applications, workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations.
- Perform data migration, system upgrades, and troubleshooting for Archer environments.
- Develop and maintain Archer APIs, data feeds, and integrations with third-party security tools.
- Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and security policies within Archer.
- Work on Archer enhancements, including new module development and performance optimizations.
Functional Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in audit, risk management, compliance, and cybersecurity best practices using RSA Archer.
- Collaborate with internal security, risk, and audit teams to align Archer solutions with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, GDPR, and SOX.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate them into Archer configurations.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolution for Archer-related support issues.
- Support regulatory audits by providing necessary reports and evidence from Archer.
Experience Required
- 7+ years of experience in RSA Archer GRC implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, risk management, and cybersecurity standards.
- Hands-on experience with Archer Administration, Data Feeds, APIs, and Workflows.
- Experience in audit and compliance functions related to IT risk and security.
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, XML, and REST APIs for Archer customization.
- Experience in Archer on-premise and cloud-based environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with business users, auditors, and IT teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Archer Certified Administrator or similar certification.
- Experience with SIEM, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with cloud security frameworks (Azure, AWS, GCP).
