Job Purpose:
Responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing architectural design and site execution activities for airport projects, ensuring that all works comply with project requirements, applicable codes, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver functional, safe, and high-quality airport facilities from design through construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review architectural designs and construction drawings
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards, and project specifications
- Resolve design and construction-related issues during project execution
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within the required schedule
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- 5-10 years of relevant architectural experience
- Experience in both architectural design and site supervision/execution
- Proven involvement in the design and delivery of complex airport, major infrastructure, and high-profile building projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methodologies, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
