Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for an Architect BIM Coordinator. The role involves overseeing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, collaborating with architecture and engineering teams, and ensuring the successful integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems into project designs. Responsibilities also include project management tasks, maintaining project timelines, and adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
• Strong background in Architecture and design processes
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Project Management skills, including timeline management and task coordination
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with industry-standard BIM tools and software
• Educational background in architecture engineering
• Previous experience in large-scale construction projects is a plus
