Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect BIM Engineer, based in Ad-Duqqi. The role involves the creation and management of Building Information Models (BIM) for construction projects and producing construction drawings. The engineer will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) requirements into cohesive project plans. Other responsibilities include collaboration with stakeholders, adherence to project timelines, and optimizing design efficiency for construction execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows
• Experience in creating and managing Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong background in Architecture and Civil Engineering
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and collaborative skills
• Attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with on-site construction projects in a professional environment
