Success in this role means delivering innovative technology solutions that drive business outcomes while guiding engineering teams in best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals. This role is critical to expanding Tredence's capabilities in full stack development and advanced analytics integration. What will your role look like - Design and architect end-to-end full stack solutions that leverage cloud platforms and modern web technologies to meet client requirements. - Lead technical decision-making for application architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. - Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. - Guide and mentor development teams across Node.js, Angular, React, and backend services to ensure adherence to architecture standards. - Develop and optimize complex queries and stored procedures using PL/SQL and SQL for efficient data processing. - Integrate data visualization tools such as Google Charts to deliver insightful analytics dashboards. - Utilize Python scripting for automation, analytics tasks, and prototype development as needed. - Drive cloud adoption and best practices primarily on AWS environments, including deploying and managing full stack applications. - Conduct comprehensive code reviews, architectural assessments, and technical documentation. You will need: - Demonstrate 7-12 years of professional experience in full stack application architecture, preferably within the retail domain. - Hold a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Exhibit strong expertise in designing application architectures including front-end frameworks (Angular, React), backend (Node.js), and database management (PL/SQL, SQL). - Show proficient experience with AWS cloud services and deployment models. - Apply solid knowledge of Python for programming and automation purposes. - Display hands-on experience in integrating visualization libraries such as Google Charts. - Possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Good to Have Skills: - Experience with additional cloud platforms like GCP or Azure. - Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. - Background in data science or advanced analytics methodologies. - Certification in AWS Architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) or similar cloud credentials. - Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design best practices. - Exposure to Agile software development and DevOps culture.
