Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager with an Architectural background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in luxury interior fit-out projects ,strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage project activities from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring interior fit-out projects.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.

* Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

* Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and site activities.

* Coordinate with site teams to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

* Assist in resolving site issues and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

* Prepare and follow up on project schedules, reports, and documentation.

* Ensure project works comply with quality and safety requirements.

* Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project management and site coordination.

* Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out.

* Strong knowledge of luxury interior fit-out projects is essential.

* Good understanding of architectural drawings, materials, finishes, and site execution.

* Excellent coordination and communication skills.

* Positive, professional, and presentable personality.

* Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Candidates currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately are preferred.
