We are looking for an experienced
Architect with a strong track record in residential projects to join our growing team
in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in residential design, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage project requirements across all design stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design for residential developments, including villas, apartments, and mixed-use housing.
- Develop documentation from concept design through to construction documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, structural, planners).
- Ensure compliance with local codes and residential building regulations.
- Present designs to clients and conduct design review meetings.
- Perform site visits to ensure design execution aligns with intent and quality standards.
- Review and approve architectural shop drawings.
- Mentor junior staff on design standards, workflows, and project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or related field).
- 8–10 years of architectural experience, with a focus on residential projects.
- Minimum of 3 years in a consultancy environment.
- Experience in at least 2 residential projects (or one large-scale/long-term residential project).
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local municipal regulations.
- Familiarity with sustainable residential design principles; LEED certification is a plus.
- GCC residential project experience is preferred.
