Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Design and Technical Office management.
- Preferably residing near 6th of October City.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in 3D Max and Photoshop.
- Strong experience in preparing Shop Drawings and Execution Drawings.
- Excellent interior design skills with the ability to provide creative and innovative design solutions.
- Ability to prepare Quantity Take-Offs, Finishing Schedules, and Item Specifications.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Coordination with internal teams and contractors to ensure projects are executed according to approved specifications and standards.
- Providing design solutions and technical consultations to clients to ensure full satisfaction.
Work Details
- Location: 6th of October City
- Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
