Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering
- Minimum 7+ years of experience
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of fit-out detailing, construction methods, and interior materials.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and rendering software.
- Project management, time management, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
Client Management:
- Conduct meetings to understand requirements and manage approvals.
- Present designs and revisions professionally.
Design & Concept Development:
- Develop creative interior design concepts, space planning, and layouts.
- Prepare mood boards, material boards, and 3D visualizations.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and branding guidelines.
Technical Documentation:
- Produce detailed architectural drawings: layouts, ceilings, joinery, sections, elevations, shop drawings.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and review contractor submissions.
Material & Vendor Management:
- Source and evaluate materials, furniture, and fixtures.
- Ensure cost-effective selections without compromising design.
Project Coordination & Site Supervision:
- Coordinate with MEP, structural engineers, contractors, suppliers.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, ensure quality standards.
- Supervise fit-out works (partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, finishing).
- Prepare snag lists and ensure rectifications are completed.
