Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for an Architect - Interior Designer. The role involves creating detailed architectural and interior designs, producing construction drawings, and facilitating space planning that meets client specifications. The candidate will be responsible for curating FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) in line with design goals and ensuring a seamless blend of aesthetics and functionality in all projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Architecture and Space Planning for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Proficiency in Interior Design and selecting FF&E to achieve cohesive and creative design solutions.
• Strong skills in preparing accurate and detailed Construction Drawings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field required.
• Proficiency in design software such as Lumion, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices is preferred.
• Prior experience in luxury or high-profile commercial projects is advantageous.
