Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and sustainable projects.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Integration related to architectural design processes and tools.
- Proven Project Management capabilities, including the ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field.
- Understanding of local building codes, design standards, and construction techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with global architectural trends and sustainable design practices is a plus.
