Architect Luxury Villas

An architectural design studio in Dubai is looking to bring in a Design Architect to support the design of some of the most impressive private villas being built anywhere in the region.

This is a studio known for producing highly creative, design-led homes for private clients, with projects regularly reaching 30,000 to 50,000 sq ft.

The work is detailed, bespoke and carefully considered, with a strong focus on concept, materials, craftsmanship and ensuring every element of the design feels properly resolved.

They are now looking for a Design Architect who can work closely with the senior design team across concept and design development stages, helping shape high-end residential projects from the initial idea through to a detailed design package.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working on luxury residential design, has strong creative ability, and understands how to turn ambitious ideas into well-considered architectural design.

The role

• Supporting the design of ultra luxury private villas

• Working across concept design, design development and presentation stages

• Developing plans, elevations, sections and 3D design studies

• Producing high quality design packages for private residential projects

• Working closely with senior designers, interior designers and technical teams

• Supporting material, mood and concept presentations

• Ensuring the design remains consistent with the client brief and studio vision

What they are looking for

• Architect with strong experience on high end residential projects

• Experience working on luxury villas or large private residences

• Strong design ability and a good eye for proportion, detail and materials

• Confident developing concepts into clear architectural design packages

• Proficiency in Revit and good working knowledge of SketchUp

• Someone who takes pride in producing thoughtful, well detailed residential design
