Architect (Maintenance & Operations)

We are seeking a qualified Architect with 510 years of experience, including proven experience in Maintenance & Operations and Facility Management projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural aspects related to building maintenance, inspections, and refurbishment works to ensure compliance with design standards and operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise architectural maintenance works across facilities
• Conduct site inspections and assess building conditions, defects, and required corrective actions
• Review and approve maintenance, refurbishment, and renovation proposals
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and local regulations
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, Civil, FM teams)
• Support in planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Prepare reports, technical documentation, and condition assessment reports
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 510 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in Maintenance & Operations projects
• Experience in Facility Management is required
• Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and maintenance practices
• Familiarity with local codes and regulations
• Good communication and coordination skills
