Architect – Interior Design

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and interior design drawings (plans, 3D renderings, materials, and finishes).
• Develop design concepts and transform them into complete working drawings.
• Supervise site works and ensure compliance with drawings and technical specifications.
• Oversee interior finishing works and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Assist in selecting materials and furniture aligned with the project identity.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management and participate in coordination meetings.
• Contribute to project schedules and provide initial cost monitoring in collaboration with the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architecture, interior design, and supervision.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max or SketchUp, Photoshop).
• Basic knowledge or interest in project management (MS Project or Primavera is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
