Architect project manager

Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept through to final handover. The role involves overseeing all design phases, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

The Project Manager will act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, coordinating design development, reviewing drawings, managing timelines, and ensuring quality and compliance across all project stages.

Additionally, the role includes leading project teams, conducting client meetings, monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

✔ 15-20 years of experience in project management within consultancy or design firms

✔ Proven experience managing projects from concept to handover

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills

✔ Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software

✔ Experience with project management tools (MS Project / Primavera)

✔ Strong understanding of BOQs, tendering, and project documentation

✔ Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and project risks effectively

✔ PMP certification is a plus

✔ Fluent in English
