Role Description This full-time Architect role is an on-site position based in Kuwait City. The Architect will participate in concept development, architectural design, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Daily responsibilities include coordinating design solutions, preparing documentation, collaborating with interior teams, and supporting project management activities such as schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. The role also involves working with consultants and contractors, ensuring design intent is maintained through all project phases, and contributing to design reviews and quality control.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts into detailed, buildable solutions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, 3dsmax, Corono Renderer, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
• Experience with Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, or workflow optimization is an advantage.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and tracking progress across multiple project phases.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients and consultants.
• Attention to detail, design sensitivity, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Previous experience in a design studio or architectural firm; regional experience in Kuwait or the broader Middle East is a plus.
