Architect

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will support in the design, development, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, local authority requirements, and company standards.

*Key Responsibilities*

Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, layouts, and design documentation

Develop concept designs, schematic designs, and detailed drawings under supervision

Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and other disciplines

Support site visits, inspections, and coordination with contractors when required

Revise drawings based on client feedback, authority comments, and site conditions

Ensure designs comply with UAE building codes, standards, and regulations

Maintain organized project documentation and drawing records

*Qualifications & Requirements*

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

03 years of relevant experience (UAE experience is an advantage)

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software is preferred

Basic understanding of UAE regulations and authority approval processes (ADM experience is a plus)

Strong attention to detail and design coordination skills

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Ability to work well in a team and meet project deadlines

Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
