We're hiring at ANMAT an experienced Design & Technical Office Architect Team Lead to join our team:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architect to lead our Design and Technical Office team. The role involves managing architectural design, reviewing technical drawings, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project execution aligns with design intent, standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the architectural design and technical office team.
- Review and approve design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to resolve design/technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects.
- Oversee the preparation of BOQs, RFIs, and technical documentation.
- Monitor design progress, quality control, and adherence to schedules.
- Report to senior management on project milestones and technical matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in design and technical office roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
