Architect

An Architect is responsible for developing architectural designs, technical drawings, and practical design solutions while coordinating with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, and details.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Translate client requirements into practical architectural solutions.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, civil, and MEP disciplines.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and design assessments.
• Review shop drawings, materials, and technical submissions.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts and technical issues.
• Monitor construction work against approved designs and drawings.
• Support RFIs, design changes, variations, and site-related matters.
• Assist with authority submissions, permits, and approvals.
• Prepare design presentations, reports, and project documentation.
• Support value engineering and cost-effective design solutions.
• Ensure design quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Relevant experience in architectural design, construction, or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, materials, and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Experience preparing technical and construction drawings.
• Good understanding of building codes and authority requirements.
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• Excellent creative, technical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation tools.
• UAE/GCC architectural experience is advantageous.
• Professional, organized, reliable, and proactive approach.
