We're hiring a Senior Design Architect for a design-build studio creating immersive themed environments, leisure attractions and experiential hospitality destinations across the Middle East and beyond. With design, BIM, visualisation, fabrication and construction under one roof, this studio takes stories from first sketch to opening day.

The role:

You'll own the creative vision — developing narratives, guest journeys and placemaking concepts, and carrying them through design development without losing the magic. You'll lead creative workshops, build compelling pitch decks, and present your ideas directly to clients, operators and senior stakeholders. What you'll do:

• Lead conceptual design for themed, leisure, hospitality and experiential projects
• Craft design narratives, guest journeys and immersive placemaking strategies
• Shape spatial experiences around sightlines, sequencing and moments of discovery
• Present concepts confidently to clients and guide stakeholders through the creative process
• Collaborate with BIM, visualisation and delivery teams to protect design intent through to construction

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Interior Design
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience — this is a firm requirement
• A portfolio that leads with concept, storytelling and spatial creativity
• Experience in themed entertainment, attractions, museums, visitor experiences or experiential hospitality (highly preferred)
• Strong presentation craft — InDesign/PowerPoint decks that sell a vision
• Working knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows; SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, Lumion and AI design tools welcome
