Role Description
This is a full-time position for an Architect at Vertical District Contracting LLC, located in Dubai. The role entails designing and creating architectural solutions, overseeing projects, performing technical assessments, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful completion. The Architect will also be responsible for integrating design solutions, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design to develop functional and aesthetic designs.
- Experience in Project Management to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration to enhance architectural workflows and project management efficiency.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Relevant certifications, accreditation, and a degree in Architecture or related field are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations is a plus.
