Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Dubai. As an Architect, you will work closely with clients, engineers, and project teams to design, plan, and oversee construction and structural repair projects. Responsibilities include producing architectural designs, integrating technical and structural components, managing projects to meet deadlines, and collaborating with contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your role will also involve conducting structural reviews and recommending design improvements for diverse construction projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential and Hotel projects.
• Review the material submittal, sample submittals, and the site progress
• Review the method statement for the Architectural items
• Attending progress meeting and to attend to all Clients requirements.
• Strong skills in Project Management to efficiently coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors.
• Familiarity with construction standards and regulations in the UAE is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related fields with proven professional experience in building and structural projects.
• Project duration is 6 months
