Job Description

Will be responsible of this role is to review BTS villa alteration requests, ensuring compliance with applicable design guidelines and maintaining the community's intended look and feel. The role also requires effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

  • Review and verify submissions provided by consultants and contractors regarding BTS villa Alteration.
  • Conduct introductory meetings with clients and their representatives.
  • Assess proposed villa renovation designs and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with the investor relations team to exchange project-related data.
  • Conduct site visits as necessary to assess villa condition.
  • Prepare NOCs and stamped drawings for compliant designs, or issue rejection letters for non-compliant designs.
  • Verify area calculations and apply design control regulations to all proposed designs.
  • Produce accurate and professional review reports to support invoicing.
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Business Unit Head or senior management.
  • Efficiently manage time, ensuring involvement in multiple projects or tasks when required.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Timely escalation of issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • High levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Timely preparation of application status reports and metrics as required by management.
  • Documentation processes align with company standards.
  • Accuracy in area verification and design reviews.

External: Property owners/Consultants / Vendors / Contractors / Industry Peers / Real-estate brokers / Land Department/ RERA

Qualifications, Experiences, Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Urban Design or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Confident and self-assured individual with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Miminimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, BIM, or other design software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Effective time management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
