Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and updating architectural BIM models using Revit, ensuring compliance with project standards.
- Produce accurate drawings, schedules, and documentation derived from BIM models.
- Support clash detection and coordination efforts with other disciplines under supervision.
- Maintain and update project templates, families, and libraries as instructed by the BIM Lead.
- Participate in model audits and apply corrections based on review feedback.
- Stay current with the latest BIM tools, workflows, and internal standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- 1–4 years of experience in architectural design and BIM modeling.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD is a plus).
- Familiarity with BIM standards, modeling workflows, and Level of Development (LOD) concepts.
- Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and a proactive learning mindset.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
