Role Purpose:
To create integrated BIM models, prepare Architectural drawings, steel shop drawings, and coordinate with teams and subcontractors to support design, detailing and construction processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Job Responsibility:
- Coordinate with engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery.
- Quantify and prepare BOQs, reports, and as-built documentation according to project standards.
- Implement design modifications, update drawings, and maintain document control records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, applying international best practices in design and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the steel structure or construction industry.
- Good in TEKLA& Very good in REVIT, and AutoCAD for steel detailing and BIM modelling.
- Strong ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Solid understanding of BIM workflows, fabrication, and erection standards.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
