Position Title: Architectural BIM Modeller

Location: Sheikh Zayed City, Egypt

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Architectural BIM Modeller to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing BIM models for a variety of building projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, BIM standards, and coordination procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate Architectural BIM models.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project teams throughout all design stages.
• Ensure BIM models comply with company BIM standards, project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and client requirements.
• Create and manage BIM families, templates, and libraries.
• Support quantity take-offs, model reviews, and project deliverables.
• Maintain model quality, accuracy, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in preparing project submissions and construction documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Architectural BIM Modeller.
• Strong proficiency with demonstrated project experience.
• Good knowledge of BIM workflows, coordination procedures, and model management.
• Experience working on residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or other large-scale building projects.
• Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Understanding of architectural standards, construction methods, and building codes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary consultant environment is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Dynamo, Revit family creation, and BIM automation tools.
• Experience working in accordance with ISO 19650 BIM standards.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
