We are seeking a highly experienced Architectural Design Engineer with a strong background in architectural design projects and consultancy experience to join our project team in Qatar.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design projects.
- Proven experience working with architectural consultancy/design firms.
- UPDA/MMUP Grade A approval is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, planning, detailing, and project coordination.
- Experience in developing architectural concepts, detailed designs, construction drawings, and technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of Qatar construction standards, regulations, and authority requirements.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in relevant architectural design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM/design tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage design deliverables within project deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in major building and infrastructure projects.
- Consultancy background with strong client and authority coordination experience.
- Experience in Qatar/GCC projects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
